Type one Status record $4.00	Date of nascency, license status, home accost and original Texas driver license application date.
Type 2 3-year history $vi.00	Type 1 data, plus List of crashes (if a ticket was received), and all moving violations for 3 years from date of offense.
Type 2A Certified 3-year history $10.00	Certified version of type 2. This tape type cannot exist used for a defensive driving course (DDC).
Type 3 Listing of all crashes and violations $7.00	Type 1 data, plus List of all crashes (fifty-fifty if no ticket was received), and all moving and nonmoving violations in the record. Type iii is provided merely to the person the record belongs to. This record type cannot be used for a defensive driving course (DDC).
Blazon 3A Certified listing of all crashes and violations $ten.00	Certified version of blazon 3. Type 3A is provided only to the person the record belongs to. This is the only record type that can be used for a defensive driving course (DDC).
Type AR Certified abstract of complete driver record $20.00	Blazon 3 data, plus All suspensions in the record. Type AR contains all information in a driver record.
