KB Social Artworking offers creative art projects that engage inspiring young artists. Everyone learns and grows together through both group & individual attention. Kids Day at The Gardens GreenMarket: Complimentary Make & Take Art Class
The earth without 'art' is just 'eh'. Sign up for a 30-minute fun painting class at our new Kids Day at the Market! 'Make & Take' painting projects will be set up in our children's area for registered participants. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited.

Art Audition Prep
Geared for children to prepare for local arts school programs will gain from this class designed to create art projects for audition requirements. Students will also be drilled in the kinds of exercises they may expect at time of audition. This is a great course for students who are passionate about the visual arts and motivated to improve their skills. Supplies needed: Bound sketchbook, ebony drawing pencils, and an eraser. No class Nov 8 & Nov 22.

Exceptionally Inclusive Art Programs
Recreation is proud to offer inclusive art programs in partnership with the Theresa Foundation, whose mission is to help enrich the lives of children with varying abilities through art, music, dance, drama and recreation. Children with all levels of physical and intellectual abilities may freely express their feelings, benefiting cognitive and physical development and thereby increasing self-confidence and appropriate self-expression.
Colors and Emotions (in partnership with the Theresa Foundation)
Famous fine artists and their motivations: Vincent Van Gogh and his use of yellow, Marc Chagall loving red and Pablo Picasso and his attachment to blue! Students will explore their own emotions through the program and will end the session with a wonderful book of their paintings. No class Nov 25.

Are We Melting? Mixed Media Art (in partnership with the Theresa Foundation)
Participants use creative problem-solving to create hurricanes out of paper mâché, model the habitat of the Amazon and project ourselves into a climate change situation. Students are photographed in front of a green screen and then inserted into the picture which becomes a "label" for their work. No class Nov 25.
